| It is of the responsibility
of the owner / tenant to notify Security of any removal
/ delivery trucks entering the estate. Should the driver
of such vehicle have a delivery note, no foreseen problems
should arise.
No articulated vehicles may enter the Estate. This includes removal vehicles
with trailers. Single axle vehicles are the only
vehicles permitted to enter the Estate. Should your
delivery arrive in a double axle vehicle, you will
need to obtain permission from SEEHOA to park outside
the gate closest to your home and use a shuttle to
transport furniture into the estate. The tonnage
is not of extreme concern to SEEHOA however, the
height Restriction is 4.2m.
The removal vehicles
are to enter and exit the Estate through Gate 5.
Persons moving household furniture should be aware
of this when arranging their removals and should
liaise with Security when a problem is foreseen.
The owner or the owner's representative must escort
the furniture delivery truck to and from the Estate's
gates. |
