A word many would rather not hear. Snakes are however an integral part of any ecosystem and Simbithi does have its share. Snakes help control other animal populations (frogs, rats, mice, etc.) as well as other snakes.

Simbithi Management has acquired the services of a trained professional to assist with all snake catches. Should you have a 'slithery' visitor, please contact Security Control Room on 032 946 8373. They will dispatch someone who will assist with the capture and release of these very important animals to a designated area far from your home.

The majority of snakes in Southern Africa are harmless, but to the untrained it could be a very dangerous lesson. Please do not hesitate in contacting the Security or Homeowners office to remove these animals.
