2. Land Maintenance

| Should the purchaser
fail to commence the erection of a dwelling on the
property, the purchaser shall, in addition to the payment
of the estate levy, be required to pay a maintenance
levy to the association (the amount of which shall
be determined by the directors of the association from
time to time), until such time as the erection of a
dwelling on the property has commenced. |
