3. Water

 
Water is administered by our offices. Should you have a water leak between your meter and your home, you will need to call out a plumber. This will be for your own account, should the leak be outside your meter. Should you have any queries please contact SEEHOA and we will attend to the problem.

4. Waste Removal

 

This service is provided by Dolphin Coast Waste Management. Your refuse is normally collected on Tuesdays and Fridays. Should you have any queries, please contact Dolphin Coast Waste Management on 032 947 2979.

5. Post Boxes

 

Post boxes are installed at various parts of the Estate. Please contact SEEHOA should you require a post box.

6. Telecommunications

 

Telkom is the main fixed telecommunications network on Simbithi. If you are a new applicant, please complete the Telkom Residential Order Form and return to SEEHOA, for submission to Telkom.
